Review: Easy , Fast Real Whipped Cream - When you enjoy cooking and baking, you want the right tools and good tools to make the job easier and better. The EurKitchen Professional-Grade Artisanal Whipped Cream Dispenser is one of those tools. I have always used store bought and finally decided to try this and know what I am eating. That is the main reason for me for buying this, knowing what is coming out of the canister is real whipped cream, nothing else. This is one well built whipped cream dispenser. The canister and head are both built strong and are thick metal, so it is going to last. I like that it is made form all aluminum because that holds the cold better and produces a faster whipped cream. A great feature of this is inside the head. The seal on the head has a pull ring attached to it. This is important when it comes time to clean it. All you do is pull on it and the O ring seal comes out and is easy to put back in. I also appreciate the fact that they use a heavy duty spring on the handle and like the design of the handle, It is easy to operate and built to last also. It does come with 3 different tips, all which are easy to attach. To make whipped cream, you need to chill the canister in the fridge for about 3 to 4 hours. Then get your heavy cream, I added some sugar to mine, and pour it into the canister. Twist the head onto the canister. Get a cartridge, which is not included, but desertcart has them and they are a good buy. Put the cartridge into the white holder, then twist it into the head until you hear a pop and the hissing stops. I like to twist the canister off then screw the included plastic cover onto the head where the cartridge was. Shake the canister , and then press the button for fresh , thick, creamy whipped cream. If you never had fresh whipped cream, you are in for a treat. I know I was and am so happy to finally have the ability to make it on my own. Clean up is easy, you have to wash it by hand, but is fast and simple and you get a small brush to clean the tips. I also wanted to mention the plastic tips. I saw another reviewer say they were thin and flimsy. I do not find this and show you in my video how strong they are. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works better than I imagined

I have never used a professional whipped cream dispenser before. I’d always bought the ready-to-use can at the grocery store. However, I wanted to make lilikoi (passion fruit) foam after having it at a popular restaurant here in Honolulu. The recipe called for a nitrous oxide dispenser. After reading the reviews I ordered the EurKitchen as well as the nitrous cartridges (they have to be shipped separately apparently). Meanwhile I tried to make the lilikoi foam using a hand mixer and a NutriBullet while I waited for the dispenser to arrive. The recipe said you could whip it till frothy but that never happened. Both alternative methods didn’t work. I was concerned the dispenser would not work well either. When I got the EurKitchen dispenser I read the directions a couple of times because the little cartridges sounded a bit concerning: inserting the gas in the canister and then properly releasing it when finished. I made sure I refrigerated the dispenser and lilikoi mixture for three hours prior to use. The recipe called for 6 cartridges of nitrous oxide but the manufacturer states not to use more than two. So I used two (they make a whooshing sound when you release the gas). The foam came out as beautiful and as delicious as it had at the restaurant! I actually laugh every time I make the foam because when it comes out it’s like delicious magic. And it was so easy to use! After the first time the whole process was simple if you follow the manufacturer's instructions of releasing the gas before you take it apart. It is so easy to wash. They even give you a spare cartridge cap in case the first once is damaged. Now I keep the clean canister in my fridge ready to use. I am really impressed with this product.
