One was the no-sweat, which is what I wanted, the other was vinyl covered but I kept it. The frozen size is roughly 6x7 and they freeze hard. They are not soft gel, if that is what you are looking for. For those that complain about the no-sweat cover getting dirty, I placed each one in a zip-lock bag prior to freezing, and laid it flat on the freezer shelf. I have used these for years and the stay frozen for a long time. I have a large >32 ounce (7 x 10”) that was shipped with medications years ago and I still use it.
