Ilove it there!! *by R***R on June 11, 2022* These are exactly the same as I remember. They used to come in a box. Yes, they were "dry" and fairly "firm" back in the day. The flavor was very subtle and "kinda" sweet. I had last seen them in Reno, Nevada, back in the early, early 90's. Quite a find back then. Now I find them on Amazon and they are exactly the same as the ones I had back 25 to 50 years ago. They are special. Apparently not for everyone's taste. Try the box size portion to see if they are your thing. I get them 5 pounds at a time. This is halcyon candy from an age gone by. So glad I can go back and visit now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OMG! These were always fairly hard and tiny, and we used to put like 10 of them in our mouths and spend a lot of time softening them up and eventually chewing them and getting them stuck to our teeth! Those 10 lasted a long time, and then we would "rinse and repeat" ^^ I have heard some say they have a scent like perfume...and it is true....it comes from the violet flavored ones.
