Many of them smell and look like kerosene, maybe cheaper to just buy kerosene? This does not have a strong petroleum odor and seems to have a lot of detergents. I drew a sample of oil out through dipstick tube before using, and another sample after running this product. The oil was noticeably darker after running engine at idle with this product. Could see a difference just looking in oil filler cap area too. Will buy and use again. DO NOT DRIVE OR REV YOUR VEHICLE WITH THIS IN OIL!!!!! Just let it idle. Update 02/13/25; I used to use this on a regular basis but the jumped the price up significantly, will have to find a new reasonably priced product.
