Poor, rushed design. *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 9, 2016* This remote cover looks and feels very good. The material has a nice texture to it and it looks very nice when installed. However, the rubber covers the left and right of the touchpad too much compared to the Griffin Case. In order to right/left press the touchpad for 10sec or track forward/back, you much push the rubber away slightly. This was apparently done to hold the case in place, but there are more elegant solutions to this problem, as evidenced by the Griffin competition. the Griffin case does not cover as much of the edge of the trackpad and, importantly, is tapered to a thin edge, while this one just has a tall thick edge. It is almost impossible to get the lanyard on, having to grab that tiny string from inside the case caused a fine string of cursing. However I did prevail. The case is a good material and is grippy without being too much so. The one thing I don't like and what knocks it back a couple stars is that the case covers too much of the touch screen which prevents you from being able to do the fast swipe scroll as in when you are searching for something and you want to wizz through the alphabet. You can't because you can't get to the edges of the screen.
