I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and aside from the muscle weakness and extreme fatigue, I have bouts of vertigo. I no longer have to worry about falling due to dizziness, or not being able to drag my numb leg into a slippery shower or tub. I'm seated on a stable bench. No fear of a tumble. Yes, it was an investment for me. Not the cheapest equipment, but definitely worth every penny. I would recommend this to anyone needing stability in the bath.
