The design appears to be eactly the same with the exception of the bottle mount. Eastwood has one mid-point chain mount. Weldpro has one upper chain mount and a lower chain mount. The biggest difference between the two carts is the price. Eastwood's price was just reduced from over $200 to north of $150 plus shipping. It was pretty easy to assemble, although the instructions need to be updated. The instructions mention "washers" in seven different places. However, there isn't a single washer anywhere. The bag of hardware was sealed, but it contained only bolts and nuts. No washers. The label on the bag didn't list washers, although the instructions do. Also, the two "side uprights" (item "B" in the instructions) are slightly different from each other. The instructions don't mention this. If you don't install them in the right places, the holes for the middle shelf won't line up properly. They'll be close, but not close enough.
