A: Seems about the same to me. I have 2 shedding dogs and feel it pulls up all the dust and dog hair as well as the name brand.

A: I don;t know, but mine inside the middle of the vac and you fit the hole opening over the pipe that holds it in place.  You will see it when you remove the old bag. However, I don't know your vac. The instructions that came with your vac should tell what kind of bags to get.
