Update a month later: these are so good I've even got them in my slippers now. Their comfortable, however I find them uncomfy after 3 plus hours but my plantar is particularly bad in one foot, they do help more than not having them. Give them a try if your plantar isn't too bad or need to realine your foot position. My left foot rolls quite badly inward so I think for me, a podiatrist made arch support is the way to go. I do think that these come in various heights of arch support too. Over all, their better than nothing, seems a negative review but try them, each of us has unique plantar & foot issues. They fit my shoes great, with some slight trimming.
