I know sometimes with these there is that annoying little edge that can get bent and then you have to just scrap it and restart with a new one so it's perfectly flat I guess if you're a perfectionist but also if you just want it to be totally flat in general. I have yet to find a brand that doesn't fold in that little corner like that when you're peeling them off. Some patience works wonders though! I'm working on it okay? Haha. They pull a lot of gunk out (if there is any to be pulled out) and they stick on well (I’ve had mine on for over 12 hours once even though it’s recommended is I believe is between 4-8 hours). I will say if you have a little peach fuzz on your face it will pull on the hairs when you pull it off- but what patch wouldn’t? I will forever keep buying these.
