I'm 4'11" and I needed something that didn't look large and ridiculous on me but I also needed space for my laptop. I was looking at a couple bags but, when I saw this one, I knew it would be perfect. It's not too big but it still fits my 14" laptop perfectly without it showing! It also had plenty of room for everything else with the laptop in. At most, I could fit my laptop, college algebra text book, and a couple of notebooks and paper. It was also extremely comfortable and I couldn't even tell my laptop was in there (if worn correctly, no "one shoulder" or anything).
