My first order arrived alive and healthy, but unfortunately I had a problem with my aquarium that I didn't realize until after I had killed the poor things. After posting my first review, which stated I was happy even though I had screwed up, the seller went above and beyond and contacted me about replacing them, even though they didn't need too. I just received the replacements, after doing a 70% water change, and they are acclimating nicely. I will order from this seller again in the future if I find myself needing more snails. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quite satisfied *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 2, 2016* I wanted a few of these fellas to help stir the substrate and get at any organic bits stuck between the gravel between water changes. I received a mix of sizes, from the very tiny to a couple of 1/4" specimens. There was a nice note saying that there weren't many larger ones at the time, so a few extra smaller ones were added. That worked for me. I did not notice any DOAs (MTS are supposed to be pretty tough, anyway) and they are doing well in my 10 gallon tank. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fresh water cleanup crew *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 23, 2017* Came well packaged, all seemed to be alive and buried themselves quickly. One of the things you have to understand with these snails is you should almost never see them during the day, so don't be surprised if you add them and they stay missing for a month or two. They will only come out at night or if the gravel/sand is starting to overpopulate with them.
