The "punched" places that shows where to drill the holes were not lined up correctly. And I'm not a big fan of the plastic just riding on my paint. These are from China and are a cheap imitation of American made products. No gasket. The holes aren't drilled. I just wish I had done a better job of previewing these substandard Fender Flares and purchased the Bushwhackers. They are also flimsier than what is needed.
