**Q: I wear 8,5 us women's. should i order 8 or 9 as these don't come in half sizes?**
A: They run big and are wide--I'd order an 8.

**Q: Do these have shock absorption in foot bed?**
A: July 14, 2,021

No  I had to add an arch support insert, and a memory foam foot pad on top of that.  Now I walk in the Luffymomo sandals in super comfort.  Like walking on a cloud, when you add something like this in a shoe.

**Q: Will I feel gravel through the bottom?**
A: I wouldn't think so. The tread is thick so I don't think you'd feel the gravel. The more uniform the gravel, the better your walk or run.

**Q: Are these waterproof?**
A: I think so, the sole of the shoe is rubber/ plastic the top has some cloth, but I think they are waterproof.

I love the sandals. I have two pair. They’re comfortable. I have back issues and they do not bother my back at all. I like them because they cover my toes but yet they’re still cool because they have cut outs on the sides and back. I’m going to order a third pair for this year. Plus they’re very reasonably priced.

These sandals are sort of a hybrid sandal and trekking shoe. I have a few pairs of shoes like this for summer hikes and they look similar but these aren't up to the task of heavy duty hiking. They are super cute and comfortable though. They are true to size and the ankle strap doesn't irritate. I got beige and it is a nice neutral shade that goes with everything. The footbed is rubber but soft and springy. I can tell that these aren't as well made as my others but they're fine for casual days and walks in the park or around the neighborhood. They are cool yet closed toe which is what I wanted. I'm happy with these even if they only last a season or two.
