I used to be able to get it at my local Costco store, but for some reason the store near me has stopped stocking it. I contacted the company that makes the oil and found out that this is made ONLY for Costco; they do not sell it elsewhere or directly. Finding this on Amazon was a blessing... I bought two bottles, which should last me a year, and hopefully my local store will return it to stock by then.Regarding the oil... I use this in sauces and for pan frying. The garlic flavor is excellent, but can be a bit overpowering in some recipes or in some instances when pan frying, so I mix it with plain EV olive oil in those instances. The roasted garlic flavor is spot on, however. I only trust olive oil that is from U.S. or Australia.
