Wow this is an excellent book. This book helps me a lot. If you want to build up your body and muscles than you should read this book. After reading this book and after hard working you can build your muscles. Now a days everyone wants to be a body builder because its now fashion.So many many thanks to author for this amazing book.

Very few exercises shown/listed. Technique not discussed in enough detail like stance, grip, etc. Half the book is on nutrition which although it is a part of every workout routine is not the reason I bought the book. I can get this info in any exercise book. However this is one of the only books on battle ropes and it does not give enough actual information on using battle rope in different ways.
