It has a decent amount of energy, but it doesn’t give me the boost I need even with the good list of ingredients in it. However, it doesn’t make you itchy which I like. I absolutely hate the watermelon yuzu. It’s barely a flavor of watermelon and more like a hint with the worst aftertaste. I had a sample of the citrus starter and it’s 10 times better. All in all, not bad for those who don’t want a lot caffeine in their pre workout.
