We love sushi, but stop going to a restaurant due to COVID-19 pandemic. So we buy sushi grade fish and make sushi at home. This knife has done its job well. It's light, easy to maneuver and sharp so I can slice fish easily.

Used it for a year and half. Very handy and it's just the right size.You can use it to cut sashimi, work on veggies like avocados. And it cuts sushi roll just fine. It's about the right size for the stand. Make sure you get the one in the picture.
