It seemed small and very flat. However, after fluffing and shaping it looked much better. At first my kitty didn’t take to it, but it seems like she’s gotten used to it and likes it now. I would recommend opting for the larger size. I ordered a 20x20 for my 12lb cat, and she hangs off a bit.
