I will be calling in to see if we can get a replacement screw. I have to say all an all great battery life, we bought drop in chargers an mic, great quality for the price. The only reason for four stars is that the touch screen leaves a bit to be desired due to the size. Having the touch screen makes button navigation/use not work as well at times and the size of the screen makes the on screen keyboard a chore. Only using this for Zello really.
