They arrived quickly but the charcoal sponge had a horrible chemical smell! Definitely not usable. So I contacted the seller who quickly responded and sent a replacement which had no problems. I believe although one sponge was bad the rest of the product and the customer support made up for any problems.For the product itself, they are small and perfect for the face. Just make sure the sponge has completely soaked up water before you use it otherwise it is dry and hard. I have had great results with the konjac sponges!
