**Q: Has anyone had problems with outgassing and a terrible smell?**
A: Yes, smells like a new tire.  I have washed it 4 times but it's still to strong of an odor to try and sleep with. I'll be putting it in my 3 season porch for a few months I guess and see if it will eventually finish off gassing. Other than that I think it works as intended.

**Q: Are there two airbags included?**
A: No, just one airbag. It is extremely strong and sturdy with very thick gauge plastic.  Seems very durable, unlikely to break or tear if left zipped inside.  Air stays inside with great seal on the inflation opening.  do not know the maximum weight it could bear. I am 145 lbs. The company selling was EXTREMELY helpful and responsive to me , and is directly in touch with their manufacturer.  If for some reason you would need 2, you should message them to ask.

**Q: Can I just order the backpack?**
A: yes, order and try the fit, a slim line fit belt will help tremendously!
Hint: secure below the air bag device.

**Q: My backpack has a slow leak now after forgetting to deflate it for travel in a tight suitcase.  Can I buy a replacement balloon for it?**
A: Yes, but you need to send a request to the manufacturer for the replacement balloon.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works!

This back pack really stops you from turning over at night. The product is well built and looks like it will last for ages. There's padding down the back so it is as comfortable as any padded ruck sack. There is a padded waist clip as well so you can lock it on to your body at the top and bottom, straps are long so i think it will accommodate most sized people. I like it!As far as using it is concerned, I found that finding the correct tightness on the shoulder straps is a bit of trial and error. The plastic that allows you to tighten the shoulder straps is strong and robust but i found that it was so big that if i slept with it on tightly, i would roll onto it and cut off circulation in my upper arm. Once loosened off the problem went though. It needs to be tight enough so that you don't move around in the straps but loose enough that you miss the buckle. For me, it could do with another strap between the shoulder straps to pull them together a bit nearer the middle of your chest, then i could have it all tight and not cut off circulation.Obviously, everyone's body is a different size and shape so the problem i experienced may not occur for everyone. I suspect that it is a matter of taking a few nights to get used to it, possible changing where you put your arms. I can now sleep all night through on my side - exactly what i was wanting!Good quality, comfy (after a bit of practice) and it works! That's 5 stars from me.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must be comfortable sleeping on one side with this

This is a good product, but would advise two things. Firstly it is important for the individual to be able to sleep on one side through the night - ie no injuries or bruising to the shoulder or hip; and secondly it will favour the individual who does not move too much in the night. Too much movement will result in the wearer waking up and an unsettled night. It does a good job f keeping the user in position, and i would recommend it.

If you have trouble with sleep, there is a good chance that this product will only add to your woes. As soon as I put it on I knew it was not going to help me. It is far too intrusive and far bigger than it needs to be to prevent me sleeping on my back. I tried it on a fairly warm summer evening and it also made me quite hot, which is also very unhelpful.Instead, I bought a vest and my wife sewed a pocket on the back into which we put a tennis ball. This is cool, comfortable and I hardly know I have it on. I quickly got used to it and it also does the job perfectly of preventing me turning onto my back.I realise from the reviews that some people have found the Woody-knows backpack to work for them and that's great but it really seems to be a case of serious over-kill and at much more cost than necessary for most.
