I obviously used calipers to take measurements and a thread gauge to ensure I ordered the correct stem. The set came, even included two wrenches and anchors if installing in wood.Pulled the static feet off out fire tower and these screwed right in. There are bearings on both the wheel and the stem, all were greased and roll smoothly. I would say the tower is around 75 pounds and these easier roll over the pool deck texture and drains in the concrete.
