I honestly don't know why so many negative reviews were given. I decided to add the video to show how good it really is. The claw is strong, it can grab two capsules in one go and it also can grab a lollypop. The capsules I purchased from desertcart also included rubber bouncy balls which are quite heavy but the claw had no problem grabbing them. She can also play with it without the music which is controlled by the on/off button. Money well spent and most of all the smile on my granddaughters face makes it more worth while

**Q: Just bought this candy grabber for Christmas. Everything works apart from the grabber won’t move from left to right, does this mean it’s faulty?**
A: Sorry but my guess is yes its faulty, our granddaughter played with hers on Boxing day and it worked fine, even the adults could work it !!!!!! Sorry.

**Q: what are the best sweets to use in order for this machine to work well please?**
A: Best sweets for these are probably hero’s or celebrations those type of sweets I’ve tried chocolate coins but you have to stack them up. You need small but chunky I found.

**Q: Thinking to put toys in as well. How big can the toys be? Or how big is the grabber?**
A: I am not sure about sizes for something like toys unless they are pretty small, the hole to put things into the machine is fairly reasonable but the grabber is not all that strong.
