This is my most used pot for Frying chicken, Fish etc. I’ve used this pot for over 10 years and it definitely showed. Tried everything imaginable to clean the burned oil. Nothing worked. My first impressions-worked pretty well to remove the blackened burnt on debris, although I had a harder time getting in the crevices. My biggest issue is that the sponges only get about 2 pots done per sponge before the gritty scrubbing surface gets worn off. I don't imagine having to clean the bottoms of the pots and pans very often so I still think it's a good value for the cost since you get 8 sponges and that is enough to clean a set of pots and pans.
