**Q: does it work for hip pain ?**
A: You won't know until you use it.  Everyone's pain is different and to a different degree, You can always try it and if it doesn't work for you send it back.

**Q: Does it help in neck sprain issue faced due to incorrect or improper sleep position?**
A: Any type of massage can usually help with neck pain after sleeping in an odd position. I think this massager would be helpful.

**Q: Can you turn it right back on after it auto-shuts off or do I have wait?**
A: Yes

**Q: What do you do with the soft rubbery attachments? they do not screw onto the unit nor do they fit onto the ends of the five that come with it**
A: The rubber attachment on mine is part of the unit and all the pieces screw into the rubber attachment. If its not attached I would return it.

This massager is an electric (no batteries needed) and handheld one. It has different modes as well as power levels. I think it works really well and enjoy it! It’s rather large so not something compact to take to the gym or a vacation on a carry on or smaller luggage. It’s also pretty heavy which is the downside to the massages (arms get tired after holding it and putting pressure on my own back). That being said, I think it’s awesome!
