This is the second review I am doing for this item because Amazon said I needed more details… This item comes in a set of three hooks. One of the three has multiple scratches and cannot be used. (I attached pictures of a few of them.) The package was fine, I don’t believe it was the reason for the scratches, this item was added to my package with the scratches. I contacted the company before posting a review but they ignored my message.For the features, it has gold hooks, it comes with black screws. It would look better with gold screws or even silver, so know that you probably need to buy your own screws. Since already has scratches, it will probably damage easily. I don’t recommend this item.

These hooks are perfect and easy to install. They look super cute installed under a cabinet for a coffee corner area. One thing I noticed was it was hard to hang 4 full sized (medium I guess) mugs and instead hanging 4 small mugs (latte) worked better so there was space in between. Other than that, it seems pretty sturdy and the perfect size and nice amount of storage capacity.

The quality is nice, we did have to change out the screws it came with they were to short for under my cabinets.

These are a beautiful addition to my coastal kitchen look. The color is a muted soft gold, NOT a a shiny "eye-popping" cheap-looking yellow gold. They dress up my rustic coffee bar and give it some class. Hubby hung in 5 minutes. Coffee cup hooks are over-sized making cups easy to hang and easy to remove even under a top shelf. Love this hanging rack and would recommend.

It’s beautiful but the spacing should be wider to be able to hang mugs better
