My ears are really sensitive and flare up and get infected easily but I wear them every day and and my ears are perfect... no flare ups at all. They are fantastic quality, so comfortable to wear and they look absolutely gorgeous. These ones are the 6mm and are a lovely size. I'm going to get the whole range of colours. In particular I love the colour change effects and the sparkling quality of the facets.
