The results convinced me that this was what i was looking for. My only negative is that it scuffs easily. I put down cardboard on the floor to protect it while i re-installed my stove. I thought that since the fridge had wheels, i shouldnt have a problem.. When i turned the fridge into the space, it left some scuff marks. Goes on milky then dries clear looks perfect… I used 4 inch roller. Easier to get into the grout lines.
