This is truly brilliant, I have thin, fine, very straight hair (it's even worse now I'm older, 56), and it's always been very flat with no volume at all. This product is well worth the money. Use when your hair is dry, make sure you section well and leave an untreated bit at the top and also near face/hairline. Keep the angle straight out from the head 45 degrees, and only gow down 2 or 3 goes keeping it pressed on the hair for only 2 to 3 seconds. It has low start heat of 100 and that works fine, I did put mine up to 110, but it does go much higher. It lasted a whole week and gave me volume like nothing else ever has. Pleased that it also meant I didn't have to wash my hair so often. It is seriously brilliant.

Wish I'd had this product when I was younger, would have saved so many bad hair days. I have really thick hair but the weight of it drags my hair down flat at the top. With this I have natural looking volume on top that stays for around 2 days. It's so easy to use and so quick! Love it!

I'd been considering buying a mini crimper to add much-needed volume to the crown - my hair is really fine but curly. Despite the curls, the top and back of my hair always sits flat. I then came across Voloom but was hesitant because it's not cheap..I also considered the lookalike products offered by other sellers but was wary - I don't like taking a chance with electricals.I opted for Voloom when there was a promotional offer and am pleased with my purchase. It absolutely delivers! It's lightweight but solidly made, heats up extremely quickly and keeps its promises.At just 140° it delivers a soft crinkle in 1 second flat! The crinkle is way more natural than the usual crimp zig zag, and looks more like hair loosened after braiding. As instructed, leave the top layer undone and the hair below 'Voloom-ed' and it's not noticeable. You just get near-instant volume and glam. A genuine 'wow' from me.

My hair is quite thin and flat but this little beauty adds fantastic volume. I think it's possibly a little overpriced considering you only use it for a minute or so. There are probably similar products that are cheaper but I chose this because my friend had one and loved it.

This is an amazing hair volumizer that actually works, I only wish I knew about this iron before. It takes a little practice, I could see the pattern on the hair for the first couple of times but then I learnt to use it properly and my hair looks amazing. I have fine hair but quite a bit of it and the volume I get after using this iron is just incredible, almost too much sometimes, I never knew that could have a hair like that. I like that it is possible to adjust a temperature and the digital display is great. I'm not sure about hair damage since I've only been using it for a month but I imagine that there shouldn't be any since you only have to quickly clamp and release. But to stay on a safe side, once I had enough of my new bouncy hair, I will probably only try to use it every now and then. It is a little expensive but it is definitely worth the money.

Wanted this for ages and got it in the Black Friday deal with £50 off. Used it once and second time I turned it on the display came up with an ERR message and wouldn’t heat up. Amazon would only offer a refund and it has gone back up to £150. Hesitant to order another for the price if they’re not reliable :(

Actually works! My one & only moan about it is that it makes your hair go very very soft so had to use extra hairspray & serum to smooth it out.Def does what it’s meant to

Sceptical me was hoping this would work but didn't hold out much hope as nothing has never worked before. It's amazing and really keeps the volume until the next wash. Wouldn't be without this product now and glad I invested :)

Ich würde dem Valoom auch 100 Sterne geben, wenn es ginge. Es hat mein jahrelang quälendes Problem von feinem Haar gelöst. Ich habe lange deine Haare und davon auch nicht sonderlich viel. Nach der Anwendung kann man meinen, ich hätte eine mega Mähne. Das Tool ist der Wahnsinn
