A: NO!  The chords are designed specifically for the Tower 200.  The Tower X-press has a different system, and only use the 40 lb and 25 lb. chords.  Do NOT buy these is you have a Tower X-Press machine!

A: The full system includes 2 handles, 2 straps (for wrist/ankle), and 1 bar

**Q: How long are the cords from tip to tip ??  In inches**
A: 78 inches from top to bottom that is consistent with the length of a regular door length.

**Q: where can i buy the black power cords for the tower**
A: On line you can just goggle it tower 200 power cord and it will give you options it cost like 10$ is what I paid

    Ready for an upgrade

Body by Jake, is a cost effective way to place a pulley resistance system in your home. I used a belted cum-a-long to fasten to a closed door so as not to change the door's function or appearance. When it was time to upgrade the pulley strength, I replaced the original bands of 25 and 35 with 2 40 lbs pulls. I used the original 25 and 35 lbs pulls on the other side providing an upgrade to that side as well of 35, 35. 40 lbs. The system works great. The pulleys are a little squeaky at first which was cured with a can of lithium lubrication. Very happy with the original purchase, and the upgrade.
