This has been a good find for me as it gives me 2 things I have been missing. The ability to eat a keto friendly cereal that tastes good, and is crunchy! I like it for a snack also. Don't be put off by the small portion size. I am full after eating a small amount because it has a lot of protein and fat in it. It is expensive but found 1 bag lasts a lot longer than it looks like it would. The only one of the flavors I have disliked is the chocolate banana. The banana flavor is too artificial tasting. It is better if mixed with some peanut butter and eaten without milk.
