Not super stretchy, but does have a bit if you need it. Super great quality! Nice and comfy, able to be worn for days. Warnings: this is Ktape which means it may leave red marks (temporary fade pretty quickly), but the trade off is, it really sticks! Also because it is Ktape, it has a tendency to leave threads when worn for extended periods. Also NOT waterproof, but it does not claim to be. Getting them wet will lead to eventual failure, and will need to redone. Please do not get wet. All that being said, I have a toddler/preK child, who is constantly hurting herself, including a very deep cut to her forehead where she wore these for over 2 weeks (bowtie fingertip bandage), she was probably 2-3 at the time. They looked like cute little bows on her head. We had no issues keeping them on or sticking or staying, which is why we opted for these. We now uee these exclusively for her.
