Well built and full featured eBike. Excellent value. My first ebike and have enjoyed it a lot, riding most days since beginning of year. It's a little heavy at a little over 50 pounds with battery. With limited US dealer network, any service involves sending parts and installing replacement parts myself. Ok for minor issues but could be problem with more serious problems. You can take to most bike shops for nonelectrical problems common with manual bikes. Just remove battery first because some shops are afraid to service them otherwise.
