Review: Great product - I bought this as I dry my clothes inside and was worried about damp - some damp had appeared on my wall and I was concerned about this. I put on the de-humidifier and leave it running overnight, and during the day when I am home. It fills with water quickly within a few days. It makes the room feel less damp and my clothes have been drying much quicker. Very happy with this item. It is quiet and effective. I do not know how it will effect electricity bill as I don't have a smart meter unfortunately. I am happy with it regardless. It is small and compact and doesn't get in the way.

I noticed over the last month that it wasn’t collecting as much water as it usually does, and today, when I turned it on, the fan started making a loud rattling sound, clearly a sign that this poor machine has had enough and it is time to retire. It has served me well, and honestly, I would consider buying it again, as I am now in the market for another one, purely because it is affordable and did the job so well over the last 2 years.

**Q: Is it suitable for a 2 room house?**
A: No, not suitable. If your room is relatively large, it is recommended that you spend more money to buy a large dehumidifier. The small ones are only suitable for use in the closet. I bought a small one just to save money, but I was disappointed and didn't dehumidify at all. I read other people’s answers and bought a newentor large dehumidifier!The effect is very good. The electricity is less than 0.33kwh per hour.

**Q: I have a condensation issue in a small loft over a 3m x 5m room. will this be powerful enough?**
A: It is very weak. my room is only 15 square meters, I think PureMate is enough. But nothing worked！Use a day humidity is still 80%, doors and windows are closed, the ground is still wet！！Bought the newentor 25L dehumidifier recommended by my aunt. It is very energy efficiency. very satisfied.

**Q: Is this any good for Window condensation?**
A: The place where I live is very small, I think the small dehumidifier is enough, but it hardly collects anything. The windows are still full of condensation. The newentor dehumidifier I bought for my parents is suitable for a 3-room house. Put it in the living room, even the condensed water in the room has been removed. Now I still decide to buy one more newentor dehumidifier.

**Q: How much the energy consumption is per 24h ?**
A: Very low, but does not dehumidify. I bought this cheap one to save money. But it didn’t work for a 50-square-meter apartment. I finally bought the newentor 25L dehumidifier recommended by my neighbor. The low cost of dehumidification made me very satisfied.

It makes the room feel less damp and my clothes have been drying much quicker. Very happy with this item. It is quiet and effective.
