Review: Durable and cute - I can't believe these have lasted as long as they have, I think I bought these things like 3 years ago and didn't realize I hadn't left a review yet. My kids beat on these every meal, sometimes with the end of their spoons and forks, and it still hasn't torn or punctured. They're easy to wash and they don't have a weird plastic smell. I like how they grip the plates and cups so things aren't sliding around too. Great stuff here!
Review: Lazy Washers Unite! Cleaning in the Washing Machine - I purchased these placemats so my toddler would have something fun/educational to look at while waiting for her food. I love the colors, the designs, and the slight stickiness of the silicone which prevents bowls/plates from sliding around too much. However, one thing I was originally disappointed with this product was the flexibility/flimsiness—they do not stand upright at all. Because other reviews say they wash theirs in the dishwasher, I expected they would stand upright, but that's not the case. Washing by hand is a pain because there's no resistance so they end up flopping all over the sink. Then, I had the brilliant idea to wash them in the washing machine with my child's bibs. This was the golden ticket for me and changed my opinion of this product. I simply add the soiled bibs to a normal load of my child's laundry and remove the placemats before switching the rest of the clothes to the dryer. I give them an additional rinse under the faucet and let them air dry. I have done this a few times so far and the white graphics show no signs of peeling off. For some that may seem too tedious, but it's working for me and maybe others will find it helpful too.

I absolutely love these! I've been using the same green/blue set for 4 years, they've been through the dishwasher and come with us to the park, zoo, etc. since they're easy to roll up and stick in the diaper bag. Great product, highly recommend.
