A: When i decided I did not want the item I looked in my "Returns & Orders" section shown on the top bar of the website, clicked on return item for the duvet cover and followed the instructions there. I found it was very simple.

This Double Teddy fleece Duvet looks well made in the picture so bought it as a gift. The duvet arrived in a vacuum sealed polythene bag so the duvet will be given sealed in the original packaging. Therefore I won't know the quality of the item until it is opened.
