Its flavor is deeper and richer. ### ⭐ Is this what raw honey is? *by D***R on December 4, 2020* I thought I would try wild mountain honey, but I was disappointed in the taste and smell. Upon opening the jar I got the strong smell of molasses/ and or sugar cane that has been cooked too much. The taste was no different. It mostly taste of molasses that stuck on my tongue [aftertaste], and has a reduced sweetness when compared side to side with other honey. Is this what 'RAW' honey is supposed to taste like.
