Wonderfully tart, not over dried, and with no sugar added a real jewel of a find.A note on the customer service, which is something that can make or break a repeat sell with me. While my package arrived swiftly, it had come open during delivery. The bag of cherries was open inside with some coming out, and there were puncture holes in the bag itself. I contacted the seller asking if I could return them for a replacement. She immediately sent me a gracious and apologetic letter and told me she'd send a replacement, which I got just as swiftly. Great customer service can be a rarity in today's market, so I really like to call attention to the exceptional effort when sellers do go out of their way to correct a problem. It's appreciated and definitely gets my attention.You may be wondering why four stars instead of five. The fruit and customer service are without a doubt a five star product. I docked a star for the packaging, which is a large Ziploc type bag. Unfortunately, it's thin enough that it's easily punctured and since it came open uhh n transport the first time, she taped it closed the second which means I have to store it in something else. I do that anyway, so it's not a big deal. However, for those we ho are seeking vacuum resealable packages, this could be a problem. I encourage you not to let it stop you from trying these delicious cherries though. No added sugar, preservatives or anything. Not cheap and worth every cent. They are flavorful, fresh and contain no debris.I toss some in oatmeal while its cooking--delicious! They plump up nicely. Also use in smoothies and baking. Perfect to eat out of hand after exercising. If you're looking for genuine unsweetened tart cherries, your search ends here.
