She was asked to go on cholesterol meds several years ago, but decided that she'd try something natural instead. She's managed to have the cholesterol under control for several years now using Red Yeast Rice, and this is her favorite brand. She finds that the concentration of RYR is higher in this product than many others, and she says that it's better value for money too. I personally think that it's great that this brand uses a vegetarian capsule and is completely gelatin-free.
