Charms BEAUTIFUL, bracelet not so much. Couldn’t even get the latch to open, couldn’t loosen the ends to add charms. A TRUE disaster so close to Christmas. So since I've never worn it, I can't give an opinion on how well it holds up or anything like that, but I will say I was impressed with it when I received it. What wasn't mentioned in the description was that it came with a pouch and a bead. Not sure if that was just something promotional they were doing at the time or if it's something they do all the time. What really impressed me about this company though was the follow up. They offered something that, unfortunately, you don't see like you used to - customer service. They e-mailed me to make sure I was happy with my purchase, made sure I was aware of their satisfaction guarantee and gave care instructions for the bracelet. I didn't feel I could give it a full 5 stars since, since like I said, I only briefly had it in my possession and I haven't worn it, but feel this company deserves at least 4 stars considering the customer service they offered and confidence they instilled in me for their products.
