I’ll probably order another set!, ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice quality, very odd shape *by C***N on January 16, 2017* The spoon is a very odd shape. The proportion of handle-to-spoon is equal. Meaning the spoon part is 5" and the handle is 5". The spoon is more of a paddle shape, almost 3" across and is more flat than it is scooped. I dare say I could almost use as a ping pong paddle, that's the proportion I'm trying to describe. It is a niche spoon, and would be one of those finds where I say it's perfect for it's use. Maybe something like mashed potatoes, or a denser stuffing, that would normally stick to a more scooped spoon surface. But the serving dish would have to be more towards a round shape vs. an oval. And not too deep as the handle is only the 5". I happen to like more traditionally shaped spoons and have been searching for some to round out my holiday serving pieces. I will say that the quality is great, almost a brushed stainless, and has nice weight to it, making it feel more high-end. I am returning as they are not what I was looking for, but if you like eclectic, these would be for you.
