Spend the 15 or 20 bucks and get a cast iron tortilla press, too, it makes it so much faster and more consistent in size and shape than rolling them out. Recipe is on the back of the bag, it's the best sub for soft tortillas I've ever tried, and they actually hold together. The flavor might take a little getting used to, it's really not that weird, but if you're expecting it to taste and behave exactly like wheat flour, it doesn't, but it's grown on me. I use it in cobbler/fruit crisp recipes to replace any flour, as well, and it's got a different texture, but funny thing is after a night in the fridge, you almost wouldn't know the difference. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great GF alternative flour *by B*** on December 27, 2019* If you are celiac & cannot tolerate nut/coconut flours, cassava is a great alternative. I like that Otto's makes their products from the entire yuca root, rather than being peeled (which makes other brands taste a bit different). So yes, their flour is pricier compared to similar brands, but you will get yummier results with this. There are multiple recipes online (I personally enjoy making chocolate chip pancakes) as well as info on how to use cassava when converting ratios from different flours. Depending on how much you use, each bag should last a few weeks at least (you can get approximately 28 1/4 cup servings in each). Recommended, especially when you can get a bulk discount. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I like this - I will continue to get it *by J***S on February 1, 2018* I like this - I will continue to get it. However, the idea that you can use your normal recipes and just substitute this for regular flour is probably stretching it for most things. Yes, they'll still bake and look the same, but there is a weird dryness in the ones I've tried. However, for this past Christmas, I used my normal Christmas cookie recipes and used half this flour and half almond flour, and in the words of my youngest daughter, "You nailed it, Mom." I didn't just want an acceptable grain free cookie. I wanted them to taste like they always have.
