This seems to satisfy us, keeps us fuller longer and reduces the urge for snacking. This mixture taste like a vanilla milk shake and I do not notice a grassy taste that others Have mentioned. In the evenings an hour or 2 after we have eaten our dinner, I mix the super reds with about 8 ounces of our favorite juices. We use tropical, peach or pineapple favors and it taste like a glass of juice with no after taste. I can’t say that I feel like I have more energy but I do feel less tired through the day. Don’t know if we have lost any weight, have only been using these products about 2 weeks. We have been very consistent with this product. Since we like the taste I will reorder and see what we have accomplished in about a month. In mixing these products, I have shaker bottles with the whisk gadgets in the bottom, I add the liquid first and the powder last. I haven’t had a problem at all with it mixing good.
