Within the first 12 months it had 2 call outs from whirlpool as was leaking from the front door. In the second call out they fixed the leak. Just within its 12 month warranty. Fast forward another 6 months. Now out of warranty and it completely stops working. So had to purchase another machine. This be whirlpool was the most expensive washing machine I’ve ever bought. And was absolutly a waste of money! Ended up going with LG with a 5 year parts and labour guarantee.
