Out of the five antlers I received only one is too small but I will give that one to a friend with a smaller breed :) the other four are large and split in half. He has absolutely demolished some of the most “extreme chewer” friendly toys I have bought him. These antlers last FOR. EVER. Its been over a year & he still has two from the package. So yes, the price is a little steep, but they are very very worth it. Especially considering there are multiple in the bag & usually you would pay this price for one, single antler. Also, every time he has gone to the vet, they are gobsmacked at how healthy his teeth are, for his age and breed. Our vet commends his dental health to these antlers and other, healthy chews he has.Now, of course antlers will splinter. Of course they can be sharp and dangerous. Thats where the common sense of keeping an eye on your dog comes into play.Otherwise, I can not recommend these enough.
