I made soup dumplings over the weekend and decided I didn't want to use a metal steamer anymore - they tend to leave the bottom of your dumpling soggy. Not with this bamboo steaming set. Perfectly sized to fit in my wok. It includes steamer liners, so if used, just a quick rinse under water is all you need for clean up. So easy to use, and the chopsticks/dipping dishes are perfectly sized. I think using this style of steamer even cuts down on cooking time as opposed to my metal pot steamers.
