I have used it twice now in temps in the low teens and it worked very well. The material is the same polyester inside and out (unlike some other neck gaiters) and so is soft and comfortable. Washing had no effect on it (I wash ALL my clothes every time I go for a hike).Construction quality is excellent, nice packaging and fast delivery. I wish their logo was a bit more muted, but I can understand why they want to have on their product.
