**Q: Can these be used for weight lifting /body building?**
A: Yes.  They are flat bottomed with good ankle support if you lace them all the way up and put the Velcro strap over.  Be great for deadlifts or anything really.  I prefer oly shoes for squats, power cleans, etc.

A: if by legit do you mean if they are authentic? Yes they are 100% Authentic.

**Q: Im 10 1/2 us what should i get ?**
A: Go with a size 11 as wrestling shoes tend to run small
