As mentioned I have always relied on my vet over the years with the her selling me MOMETAMAX to use at $38.87 for a 15g bottle which never seemed to solve the ear issues that would come and go. After our problem was cleared up I use once a week EPI-OTIC EAR CLEANSER which maintains my dogs inner ears and keeps them nice and clean. After several days, there should be less gunk coming out and the redness should subside. Just wipe around the outside of the ear to clean off the wax debris that comes out, but don’t use any other “cleaners” when using Zymox or you risk killing the helpful enzymes.
